Night Tour (by Bike)

We can organise the following tours of Rome for Guests who book directly with us via our website or email/phone:

Rome by Bike and Eelectric Bike tour,
Visit www.wheelybikerental.com pick the tour you like,
then send us an email to info@hotelbarrett.it with :

1. the details of your reservation by our Hotel ( i.e. surname, check in and check out dates) and your telephone number
   2. the date when you’d like us to book the tour for you (the selected date should be at least 24 hours following the date of your email to us and in any case within the period of your staying by us)
   3. Name and price of the tour you selected on www.wheelybikerental.com

Once we receive your email, our staff will check availability with the tour operator and will reply to your request via email.
Together with the confirmation, our staff will ask you to pay 15% of the price in advance by credit card
The balance will be settled directly with the tour operator at the date of the tour. We also remind our Guests that:
a) Pick up and drop off will be at Wheelybike in via Labicana 118 (nnear the Colosseum)
b) in case of cancellation made within 24 hours from the date of the tour, the full price of the tour will be charged by the tour operator
